Sign Gravity Forms forms with BankID via Krebit Sign.
G-Gravity Forms BankID is an add-on for Gravity Forms that makes it possible to create dynamic forms in WordPress and let the visitor sign the submitted material with BankID via Krebit Sign.
The solution is suitable for companies and organizations that want to collect information via forms, create a signable document, and have a secure, traceable, and smooth signing process without having to build their own agreement system.
The visitor fills out a form on the website. The form is built in Gravity Forms and can contain the fields needed for the current flow, such as contact details, order information, choices, terms, or other information that will form the basis of an agreement.
When the form is submitted, the visitor is forwarded to Krebit Sign. There, the information from the form is compiled into a PDF that the visitor can review before signing. The document can also be supplemented with standard texts, contract terms, or other information to be included in the signed document.
The visitor then signs with BankID. When the signing is complete, a signed copy is sent to both the visitor and the website owner. The signing is also documented in the admin interface so that it is possible to track who has signed and when.

G-Gravity Forms BankID can be used in many situations where a regular form is not enough, but where the data also needs to be approved and signed.
Order forms where the customer needs to sign agreements Subscriptions or ongoing services billed Membership applications Powers of attorney Consents Employment-related documents Customer agreements Bookings or expressions of interest with binding terms
In some cases, a full-scale e-commerce with cart, card payment, and checkout flow is not needed. A clear form where the customer fills in their details, reviews the agreement, and signs with BankID may suffice.
This makes the solution particularly useful for B2B flows, subscriptions, invoice purchases, agreed services, and other situations where the transaction needs to be documented but not necessarily paid directly on the website.
The solution is built as an add-on for Gravity Forms. This means you can use Gravity Forms’ well-known interface to create and customize the form, while the signing flow is handled via Krebit Sign.
For the administrator, this means a simple and flexible approach. Form fields, recipients, messages, and settings can be customized as needed without each new form needing to be specially developed from scratch.
The signing itself takes place via Krebit Sign, a service from our partner Krebit. This provides a stable and modern solution for digital signing with BankID, while the flow can be integrated directly with forms on the website.
To use the solution, you need to have an active account with Krebit Sign. The Generation assists with installation, configuration, and connection to Gravity Forms.
