The Assignment
Minifinder wanted to replace their OpenCart shop with a more modern and scalable solution in WordPress. The previous environment was difficult to further develop, especially regarding mobile adaptation, SEO, and integrations. The needs included several customer types, different VAT handling for B2B and B2C, as well as advanced discount systems for resellers.
The webshop was to handle seven languages and multiple currencies with clear logic between country, language, and price. The solution needed to be technically scalable and also give the customer full control over products, translations, and content.

The Result
The finished solution is a comprehensive and content-rich webshop in WordPress and WooCommerce where all parts are now gathered in a common structure. The platform handles multiple currencies, different customer types, and complex pricing, as well as integrations with external services for payment, shipping, and marketing. The foundation is built to be mobile-friendly, search engine optimized, and capable of further development over time.
By consolidating functionality, integrations, and content into a unified technical environment, Minifinder has obtained a more cohesive structure for its international e-commerce. The platform is designed to continue growing, both in terms of new markets and new integrations, without being locked into previous limitations.
