The Assignment
Timik Group faced the need to consolidate its Nordic presence into a common digital structure, while each market needed to maintain its local relevance. The existing website was perceived as difficult to administer, limiting from a content perspective, and insufficient to handle a large and complex product range.
A key requirement was to create clarity around products, focus areas, and service, without burdening the organization with manual work across multiple levels. At the same time, there were high demands for traceability, quality assurance, and correct information management, given the operation's role in healthcare. The assignment therefore included structure, technology, and working methods, where WordPress was chosen as the platform for long-term flexibility. An important part was also to future-proof the solution for further digitization and AI support.

The Result
The result was a scalable WordPress multisite where Timik Group can work centrally but publish locally, with clear control over content, language, and roles. The new platform enables managing an extensive product catalog in a structured way, supporting relationships between main products and accessories, as well as a clear division between public and internal content. For the organization, this means shorter lead times, fewer manual steps, and higher quality in publishing.
A central part of the solution is the AI-based features integrated into both search and content management. With intelligent product search, AI indexing, and a context-aware chatbot, both external visitors and internal employees can quickly find the right information, even for more advanced or free-text-based queries. AI is also used to support translation workflows and quality assurance of content across markets, making the website an effective tool in Timik Group’s ongoing digital development.
