ILT Education is the leading Edtech company in the Nordic region with a presence in nine countries, featuring brands such as Polyglutt, Polylino, and Begreppa.
ILT had a five-year-old website that was built during a period when the business was very different. They wanted to revamp their entire online communication, and we were tasked with guiding them through the digital jungle. We started with a strategy workshop where we examined background, goals, SEO prerequisites, target audiences, and visitor flows, among other things. Based on our findings, we compiled a report and a complete solution proposal with our recommendations. The site would also, just like the company, change its name from ILT Inläsning to ILT Education with a new domain. Six months later, we launched a completely new website, fully available in seven languages.
An accessibility-adapted (WCAG 2.1AA) design was developed based on the needs analysis. Product pages with clear semantics and categorized inspiration pages offer an additional dimension for visitors. The languages were launched gradually to facilitate content work for ILT's marketing department. The first one to be introduced is the Swedish version, launched in mid-January 2023. The entirety was complemented with a well-thought-out conversion strategy for maximum retention of the new website.
