Workbuster is a platform to strengthen employer branding, attract and engage the right candidates, and ensure quality in the selection process during recruitments.
Workbuster wanted to find a way to reflect the dynamics and feeling of their career pages on their public website. Better UX and a well-thought-out communicative visitor flow, packaged in a new attractive design, were also on the wish list.
Together, we have worked to clarify Workbusters' 'why' and show how businesses can succeed in their competence supply with the help of their tools. This resulted in three main problem solutions in the form of 'Attract & Convert', 'Selection & Management' and 'Analyse & Optimise'.
The company's marketing department has been equipped with dynamic tools on the website to reach out with content marketing as well as events and training. The entire website has been translated into two languages.
