Nordic cooperation body that spreads knowledge about water damage in buildings.
The Nordic Water Damage Council needed a new website in WordPress that could function long-term across national borders and between different responsible organizations. A central challenge was to ensure that administration could easily be taken over by new editors in various Nordic countries without a technical barrier.
The website should therefore be clearly structured, educational, and easy to work with even for inexperienced users. At the same time, there were high requirements for accessibility according to WCAG as well as a design that signals seriousness, research, and Nordic collaboration. The content largely consists of knowledge materials, seminars, and documents that need to be easy to both publish and find. The solution also needed to support multiple languages and function stably over time regardless of who is responsible for the content.

| Platform | WordPress |
| Scope | Medium-sized |

The result was a structured and easy-to-navigate website where content, seminars, and publications are gathered in a clear knowledge base. Through a well-thought-out information architecture and customized content types, editors can work efficiently, while visitors quickly find relevant material. The platform is built to operate independently of individual people or organizations, making it easy to transfer responsibility between countries.
The technical solution in WordPress provides a stable foundation with support for multilingualism, accessibility, and search engine optimization. The combination of simple administration and clear structure helps to increase knowledge dissemination and create a more sustainable long-term digital presence for the entire Nordic cooperation.
